1. Rights in Website Materials
This website is published for Strategic Management and Support Services Philippines Inc., referred to on this website as SMASS Philippines, Inc. (SMASS). Text, branding, photographs, illustrations, design elements, and other materials may be protected under the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293, as amended) and other applicable laws.
Rights in protectable materials belong to SMASS or the respective rights holders, as applicable. All rights are reserved except for permissions stated here, applicable third-party licenses, and uses allowed by law. This notice does not claim ownership of every component of the website.
2. Permitted Use and Statutory Exceptions
You may view public pages, share links, and print or save a reasonable copy for internal business evaluation, retaining relevant attribution and rights notices. This permission does not authorize commercial republication, resale, misleading modification, or use of protected material to promote another organization.
Other uses may require written permission from the relevant rights holder. Nothing in this notice removes fair use, other statutory exceptions, or permissions granted by an applicable license. The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines provides information about copyright protection and permitted uses.
3. Names, Logos, and Third-Party References
Use of the SMASS name or logo to suggest representation, endorsement, accreditation, or a commercial partnership requires appropriate authorization. Names and marks belonging to aircraft manufacturers, operators, airports, customers, suppliers, or other organizations remain subject to their respective rights. Their appearance or mention does not establish an affiliation or approval.
4. Third-Party Software, Fonts, and Media
The website includes third-party software, template elements, icons, and fonts that remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Those licenses determine the permissions and conditions for those components. This notice neither replaces them nor claims exclusive ownership of them.
Materials supplied under a client, supplier, developer, or media agreement remain governed by the applicable agreement and rights. Permission to use a public page does not grant access to private source files, records, or systems.
5. Illustrative and AI-Generated Images
Certain website images are AI-generated illustrations of service contexts. They do not necessarily depict actual SMASS employees, customers, facilities, aircraft, equipment, or completed engagements. They are not evidence of ownership, regulatory approval, professional licensing, or an authorized maintenance capability.
Any rights asserted in such materials apply only to the extent recognized by law, including protectable human-authored contributions where applicable. This notice makes no blanket claim of exclusive copyright in machine-generated elements.
6. Website Development Attribution
Website development is credited to IM Technologies. Attribution does not by itself determine ownership of source code, transfer third-party rights, or grant a license to reuse the implementation. Those matters depend on the relevant development agreement and component licenses.
7. Permissions and Rights Concerns
For permission requests or a concern about material on this website, email operations@smassph.com with the subject “Copyright or Permissions.” Identify the work, the relevant page URL, the basis of your request or rights claim, and a way to reply. Send only information necessary to assess the concern; do not attach sensitive identification documents in an initial message.
8. Updates and Related Notices
This notice may be updated as website materials or applicable permissions change. An update does not override an existing third-party license or a mandatory legal right.
